Returns & Refund Policy

At SHD EYEWEAR we strive to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may want to return an item for a different size or color. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. Also we don't ask the customer to ship the refund back, we simply refund the funds back *via Bank transfer or via Store credit.

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. You can always contact us for any return question at info@shdeyewear.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Return of goods – If you decide to return your product, please select in which way we should refund the money: via bank transfer or with a store credit* in the amount and currency which were listed as price of the product on the website you purchased from.
*valid for one year voucher which you can use for a next purchase in our online store
